One of our direct clients (Banking) is looking to hire Senior Director (Prime Brokerage) in Jersey City, NJ. This is a long term contract and a hybrid role. Please review the job description below.

Position: Senior Director (Prime Brokerage)

Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid)

Client: Banking

Duration: Long term contract (Open Ended SOW)

Need a Senior Director level person who is primarily able to the following:

1) Drive Prime Brokerage program with C level stakeholders

2) Deep understanding of Corporate Actions and its implementation with Back office systems like settlements

3) Understanding of Asset Servicing and its implementation during Corporate Actions

4) Knowledge of Prime Brokerage

5) Realtime Stock record - A real view multi dimensions of stock record - e.g Client, Product, holding views. Depos

6) Current state analysis and come up with future state proposal.
