About us
Eddid Securities USA is a FINRA-member, SEC-registered broker-dealer and a Nasdaq underwriting member. We have lead- and sole-underwritten Nasdaq listings and execute follow-on offerings, PIPEs and registered direct placements for growth companies. We also operate a self-directed online brokerage platform.
We are part of Eddid Financial, a Hong Kong-based financial group. That gives our bankers access to cross-border deal flow and investor relationships in Asia, alongside a US regulated platform.
The opportunity
We are inviting experienced bankers to help build our US investment banking franchise. You will originate and lead transactions with the support of our banking, compliance and operations teams. You will also have the flexibility of a boutique platform and access to our group’s investor network in Asia.
What you’ll do
- Originate and execute equity capital markets transactions: IPOs, follow-ons, PIPEs, registered directs and ATM programs.
- Develop advisory and capital markets mandates with small- and mid-cap public and pre-IPO companies.
- Build relationships with issuers, institutional and accredited investors, syndicate partners, counsel and auditors.
- Lead due diligence and transaction execution in line with FINRA, SEC and exchange requirements.
- Work with our Hong Kong affiliate on cross-border transactions.
What we’re looking for
- 7+ years of investment banking or capital markets experience, with a track record of completed transactions.
- An established network of issuer and/or investor relationships.
- Active Series 79 and 63 registrations (Series 7 and Series 24 a plus).
- A clean regulatory record. Candidates’ BrokerCheck history will be reviewed.
- A strong commitment to compliance, diligence and professional integrity.
