About us

Eddid Securities USA is a FINRA-member, SEC-registered broker-dealer and a Nasdaq underwriting member. We have lead- and sole-underwritten Nasdaq listings and execute follow-on offerings, PIPEs and registered direct placements for growth companies. We also operate a self-directed online brokerage platform.

We are part of Eddid Financial, a Hong Kong-based financial group. That gives us cross-border deal flow and access to investor relationships in Asia, alongside a US regulated platform.

The opportunity

As we grow our capital markets business, we are looking for experienced institutional salespeople to build our US investor base. You will introduce institutional investors to the offerings we lead and participate in. You will also help shape a distribution capability that connects US capital with growth companies from the US and Asia.

What you’ll do

• Develop and cover relationships with hedge funds, family offices, asset managers, and other institutional and accredited investors.
• Market our IPOs, follow-ons, PIPEs, registered directs and syndicate participations to qualified investors.
• Work with our bankers on deal marketing, investor feedback, book-building and allocations.
• Conduct confidential wall-crossings for pre-announcement transactions, in line with firm procedures.
• Gather investor feedback to help our bankers originate and structure deals.
• Work with our Hong Kong affiliate on cross-border investor coverage.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of institutional equity sales or capital markets distribution experience.
• An established network of institutional investors active in small- and mid-cap equities or private placements.
• Active Series 7 and 63 registrations (Series 79 or 24 a plus).
• A clean regulatory record. Candidates’ BrokerCheck history will be reviewed.
• A thorough understanding of information barriers, MNPI handling and Regulation M.
• A strong commitment to compliance and investor due diligence.
