The work
- Defense of legal, accounting and architects and engineers malpractice claims
- D&O and E&O litigation
- Standard of care expert work and depositions
- Dispositive motions and trials
- Reporting to professional liability carriers and insureds
What I’m looking for
- Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar
- 5 to 12 years of professional liability, commercial or civil litigation
- Strong judgment and polished client skills
Strong commercial litigators keen to move into this area will be considered.
How the team works
Cases are staffed with experienced partners who know the carriers well. You get early ownership with that experience close by.
How the role scales
At the lower end, you run cases and build expertise. At the higher end, you lead major claims and own carrier relationships.
