About this opportunity
Trusts & Estates Attorney | Philadelphia, PA | 3 to 10 yrs | $100,000 to $190,000 | Trusts & Estates
Direct client relationships and the chance to build your own book. For a trusts and estates attorney, those are the foundations of a lasting private client practice.
Private client work is personal and long term. This Philadelphia firm advises individuals and families on planning, administration and probate, and it gives attorneys real ownership of client relationships.
The work
- Drafting wills, trusts and estate planning documents
- Estate and trust administration
- Probate and Orphans’ Court matters
- Advising executors, trustees and beneficiaries
- Building long term relationships with private clients
What I’m looking for
- Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar
- 3 to 10 years of trusts and estates experience
- Strong drafting and a calm, client focused manner
How the support works
Senior attorneys introduce you to clients early and support you as you take the lead on relationships.
How the role scales
Attorneys earlier in their careers handle planning and administration independently. More experienced lawyers lead family relationships and build their own client base. The salary range reflects that.
Why private client work rewards you
Clients stay with an adviser they trust for decades and refer their families and friends. The relationships you build here grow into a book.
Pace and flexibility
The office runs hybrid, and planning work gives you more control over your week than most practices.
Why move
Direct client access, real autonomy and support to build a practice of your own.
