WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Commercial Construction Supervisor, you'll play a critical role in the successful execution of our projects, overseeing daily field operations and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

• Lead the Jobsite: Direct and oversee daily field operations on commercial construction projects.
• Manage the Trades: Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and onsite personnel to maintain productivity and project progress.
• Keep Projects Moving: Organize daily activities, coordinate construction schedules, and anticipate potential delays.
• Ensure Quality: Monitor workmanship and verify that construction meets approved plans, specifications, and company standards.
• Put Safety First: Promote and enforce jobsite safety procedures while maintaining a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
• Communicate Effectively: Work closely with Project Managers, owners, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Solve Problems: Identify field challenges, develop practical solutions, and keep projects moving forward.
• Maintain Accountability: Complete accurate daily reports, progress updates, and essential project documentation.
• Deliver Results: Take pride in completing projects on schedule while maintaining quality workmanship and client satisfaction.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous commercial construction supervisory experience is REQUIRED.

Our ideal candidate brings:

• Proven experience supervising commercial construction projects, preferably for a general contractor.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, building systems, and jobsite operations.
• Ability to read, interpret, and execute construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and hold subcontractors accountable.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• A thorough understanding of construction scheduling, quality control, and jobsite safety.
• Ability to work independently, make sound field decisions, and manage day-to-day jobsite responsibilities.
• A dependable, professional attitude and a strong commitment to completing projects successfully.
• Experience with healthcare construction, medical facilities, and renovation projects is a plus.

TRAVEL IS PART OF THE OPPORTUNITY

EXTENSIVE NATIONWIDE TRAVEL IS REQUIRED.

F&F Construction manages commercial construction projects throughout the United States, and our supervisors must be willing and able to travel wherever their assigned projects take them.

• Projects may be located in various states across the country.
• Extended out-of-town assignments are a regular part of this position.
• Candidates must be comfortable working away from home for extended periods.
• Flexibility, reliability, and a willingness to travel are essential.
