Findings, a women's contemporary apparel wholesale showroom, is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Junior Sales Assistant to join our growing team in New York City.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with wholesale fashion experience who enjoys working in a dynamic showroom environment and is passionate about the business of fashion.

Responsibilities include:

·        Assisting Sales Reps with wholesale sales appointments and day-to-day showroom operations.

·        Supporting the sales team in managing and servicing wholesale accounts.

·        Processing orders and maintaining accurate sales and inventory information.

·        Working within JOOR/NuOrder to manage orders, assortments and account information.

·        Preparing Excel reports and assisting with sales analysis.

·        Providing support during market appointments and seasonal selling periods.

Qualifications:

·        Minimum of 2 years of experience in a wholesale apparel or fashion environment.

·        Previous experience working during wholesale sales appointments is required.

·        Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

·        Proficiency with JOOR is required.

·        Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.

·        Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
