- Work directly with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
- Support client communication and progressively take ownership of client meetings and project discussions.
- Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, civil, and specialty engineering systems.
- Track scope, schedules, budgets, decisions, and deliverables.
- Identify risks early, communicate issues clearly, and follow through on action items.
- Lead coordination meetings and help guide junior team members.
Technical Production & Documentation
- Lead high-quality architectural documentation in Revit.
- Develop schematic design, design development, and construction-documentation packages.
- Produce and review plans, sections, elevations, details, schedules, specifications, and presentations.
- Apply code, accessibility, zoning, life-safety, and constructability requirements.
- Review shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and material samples.
- Conduct field observations and prepare clear field reports.
- Support construction administration and resolve technical issues during construction.
AI & Process Improvement
- Use AI tools responsibly for research, precedent studies, code and material investigations, and project discovery.
- Explore AI-assisted approaches to documentation review, QA/QC, information organization, and repetitive tasks.
- Help develop practical, repeatable internal workflows that improve quality and reduce unnecessary work.
- Verify all AI-generated information before using it in project work.
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Advanced Revit expertise; working knowledge of SketchUp and Bluebeam.
- Experience coordinating engineering consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of construction documentation and detailing.
- Experience with schedules, budgets, QA/QC, and deliverable coordination.
- Professional architecture degree preferred; licensure preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Organized, diligent, proactive, reliable, and open to feedback.
- Comfortable taking ownership while knowing when to ask for direction.
- Interested in growing into greater client and project leadership.
The right person will be technically rigorous, emotionally steady, collaborative, resistant to unnecessary ego, and willing to improve both their own work and the systems around them.
