**Architects Position Available**
Our Midtown Manhattan–based Charlotte, NC Studio, is seeking full-time architects with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in all aspects of design and production for hospitality projects. Candidates must be proficient in developing documents and details from design concepts using Revit and AutoCAD. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual eager to contribute to dynamic hospitality projects and capable of working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Applicants should be prepared to take on responsibilities and have a meaningful role in all aspects of our projects
**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture.
- Responsible for coordinating all project efforts, both administrative and technical, to ensure efficient and
cost-effective execution of assigned projects.
- Knowledge of building codes, standards, and structures.
- Adherence to established standards for project production and review.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe programs.
- Self-motivated, energetic, proactive, flexible, and able to meet project timelines.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills for effective communication with clients and the project team.
