Tax Manager w/ Top #75 National CPA Firm - Denver, CO (Hybrid)
Base Salary: $120,000 - $150,000
Our client is a Top #75 National CPA Firm who are looking to add a talented Tax Manager (generalist) to their team in Denver, CO on a Hybrid Schedule. What you'll be doing:
- Lead complex tax compliance and consulting engagements
- Review S Corporation, C Corporation, partnership, multistate, and individual returns
- Partner directly with clients on tax planning and technical matters
- Lead client meetings and develop strong advisory relationships
- Mentor, coach, and develop associates
- Manage engagements, budgets, staffing, and delivery
- Continue building an area of technical specialization
- Identify opportunities to bring additional value and services to clients
Qualifications:
- CPA required
- 5+ years of tax experience
- Strong knowledge of federal income tax and individual/business taxation
- Strong client communication and leadership skills
Benefits:
- Base Salary: $120,000 - $150,000
- Discretionary Bonus in June
- Milestone Bonus Program ($10,000 - $15,000 Bonus for each promotion level!!!)
