Senior Analyst

Forvis Mazars Search has partnered with a nationally recognized nonprofit healthcare organization seeking a Senior Analyst to support budgeting, financial planning and strategic decision-making across the organization. This role will join a small, dynamic team and work closely with leaders across the institution, providing significant exposure to executives, managers and other key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and analyze departmental and organizational budgets.
• Analyze financial and operational results, investigate variances and provide recurring and ad hoc reporting to organizational leadership.
• Partner with executives, managers and other stakeholders on financial planning, operational initiatives and new business opportunities.
• Present financial analyses, special project reporting and data-driven recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Support organization-wide financial reporting through data collection, validation and analysis while identifying opportunities to improve financial and operating efficiency.
