About the job:
Bizmoni is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our Legal team as Intellectual Property Lawyer and Co-Founder. The ideal candidate will collaborate with us, become a shareholder, and join the Legal Team.
We are seeking someone with a wealth of experience and dynamism to help propel our company towards growth and success.

- Fluent in English and proficient in a second language is preferred such as Spanish and or Portuguese
- You are organized and out-of-the-box problem solver, spontaneous, creative, and able to go straight to the point.
- You are disciplined and able to work remotely, IF YOU ARE NOT, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY
- You are eager to reach goals and make things happen.
- You have a Personal Computer with a Camera and a stable and reliable internet connection.
- You love to move up your sleeves and get things done.
- You are social and ethically responsible.

- You are open to take Risks
- You commit for 8 hours per week up to a possible 16-hour max. If you do not have the available time, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY
Qualifications:
- Law Degree in Intellectual Property and Patents
- Licensed lawyer in the US
- Deep knowledge US Intellectual Property and Patents LAW
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams
- English is a must, Spanish and Portuguese a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and highly organized
