WHO WE ARE

Kolo AI is an agent-native business operating system for small and mid-sized businesses. Its AI agents do real work inside a business, using the systems that business already runs. Kolo is in use today at businesses, and sells through KISOs: independent sales organizations that own their customers and build their own business on top of Kolo.

PICK YOUR INDUSTRY

Restaurants: independent spots and multi-unit groups. Reservations, reviews, supplier orders, shift coverage, and the reporting nobody has time for.

Real estate: solo agents, teams, and brokerages. Lead follow-up, listing copy, transaction coordination, and the client updates that never get sent.

Law: solo practitioners and small firms. Intake, document drafting and review, matter updates, and the same client questions answered over and over.

TWO WAYS TO START

Sell what's built: Kolo has ready-to-go skill packs for restaurants, real estate brokerages, and law firms. You learn the product, find the businesses, and sell.

Build and sell: If you're technical and know an industry from your work, you build the skills that industry needs on Kolo, then sell them.

Qualified sellers may receive a draw while ramping. Once earned commissions exceed the draw amount, compensation transitions fully to the commission plan below. Eligibility and terms are determined individually and documented in the seller agreement.

WHAT YOU EARN

• 50% of the profit on every customer you sign (your price minus Kolo's wholesale price), for as long as that customer stays.

• 10% of what every KISO you recruit earns, for as long as they produce.
