Account Manager - Data Center Solutions

Novaris Search is currently supporting a confidential search for an Account Manager – Data Centre Solutions.

This opportunity is fully remote, based out of the US leading strategic sales activities across enterprise hyperscale and colocation data center accounts. This successful candidate will build senior-level relationships with facility owners and owner representatives, identify and close large-scale opportunities, and position integrated building, energy and digital infrastructure solutions against customer operational and finical objectives.

This role will heavily involve developing account strategies, leading cop-lex sales opportunities from qualification through close, working with technical and financial experts to create tailored solutions, and presenting business cases to executive stakeholders. The successful candidate will also manage multi-site accounts, coordinate cross-functional opportunity teams, maintain accurate Salesforce activity and pipeline reporting, and drive profitable growth across the data center market.

Experience Required:

⚡ 10+ years’ strategic account sales experience at executive level

🏢 5+ years’ experience selling enterprise solutions within the data center market

🛠️ HVAC industry experience essential

📊 Strong financial acumen and ability to develop commercial business cases

🤝 Experience operating within a highly matrixed organization

✈️ Willingness to travel nationally up to 25%
