Our platform models how real audiences behave, so clients can evaluate a product launch, a price change, or a campaign and see the likely outcome in advance rather than relying on surveys and focus groups. Position Summary

We are hiring part-time Outbound Callers to contact prospective clients by phone and schedule introductory meetings for our sales team. This is a structured, well-supported role: contact lists, call scripts, and objection-handling guides are prepared for you in advance, and training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to prospects from lists prepared and provided by the company
• Follow established call scripts, qualifying questions, and objection-handling guides
• Schedule qualified introductory meetings on the sales team's calendar
• Record call outcomes and notes accurately in the CRM after each shift
• Send templated follow-up messages to prospects who request more information
• Report recurring objections and script issues to your manager so materials can be improved

Requirements

• Comfort and confidence speaking with new contacts by telephone
• Clear, professional spoken English
• Reliability in keeping to a consistent daily schedule
• Willingness to follow provided scripts and accept coaching
• A quiet workspace, a headset, and a stable internet connection

Previous experience in sales development, telemarketing, call center, or customer service work is an advantage but is not required. Full training is provided, and no background in AI or market research is necessary.

Schedule and Compensation

• Three hours per day, Monday through Friday, in a fixed block agreed with your manager
• The daily block must fall within U.S. business hours
• $30.00 per hour, plus commission for each qualified meeting held
• Fully remote
