MedBest is seeking an accomplished Corporate Director of Sales & Marketing for an established senior living organization with more than 20 years of serving Hawaii’s seniors and families.

The Role

• Lead sales and marketing strategy to grow occupancy and revenue across six communities.
• Coach community sales teams and establish clear expectations, consistent processes, and accountability.
• Use sales metrics, conversion trends, and market insights to guide performance.
• Strengthen relationships with healthcare providers, referral partners, and community leaders.
• Partner with executive and operational leadership to shape growth initiatives and the resident and family experience.

What You Bring

Proven sales leadership, success developing teams across multiple locations, and measurable occupancy or revenue growth. Senior living, healthcare, hospitality, and related service backgrounds are welcome. Knowledge of Hawaii’s communities and relationship-driven market is highly valued.
