Lateral Link is assisting a reputable AmLaw100 group seeking an associate with 3-5 years capital markets experience to join the New York office.

The ideal candidate will have experience in securities and capital markets. Experience working on private placements and PIPE transactions, Rule 144A offerings, initial public offerings, and follow-on offerings of equity and debt securities is necessary. The Capital Markets practice staffs work across offices, and associates have the opportunity to assist with issuer-side and underwriter-side private and public offerings, as well as with ongoing securities disclosure matters, including 34 Act reporting and corporate governance matters.
