The role:
Own commercial roofing and waterproofing projects from handoff to completion, keeping subcontractors, budgets, schedules, safety and GC relationships on track.
What you’ll bring:
- Strong roofing and waterproofing PM experience, ideally 5+ years.
- Technical confidence managing complex scopes and coordinating multiple trades.
- The initiative to own projects independently and solve problems before they escalate.
