Spa Manager/Patient Coordinator

EK Consulting is recruiting an experienced Spa Manager / Patient Coordinator on behalf of a premium wellness and aesthetics destination in South Brooklyn.

We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, and personable professional who is passionate about wellness, luxury hospitality, client experience, and business growth.

The ideal candidate combines exceptional communication skills with strong operational knowledge, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced spa and wellness environment.

Key Responsibilities

Spa Operations & Team Management

• Oversee daily spa operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional service standards.
• Coordinate employee schedules, appointments, and treatment room availability.
• Supervise, motivate, and support front desk staff and service providers.
• Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with ownership and consultants on operational improvements and business development initiatives.

Client Experience & Patient Coordination

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry through post-treatment follow-up.
• Build strong client relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Educate clients about available treatments, wellness programs, and service packages.
• Handle client concerns professionally, with empathy and a solution-oriented approach.
• Ensure consistent follow-up, rebooking, and client retention.

Sales & Revenue Growth

• Identify opportunities to increase service bookings, package sales, and memberships.
• Confidently recommend treatments and wellness programs based on client needs.
• Support implementation of sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor key performance indicators, including conversion rates, rebooking, and client retention.
• Work with management to achieve monthly revenue and performance goals.

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a spa, med spa, wellness center, aesthetic clinic, or similar environment.
• Previous experience in spa management, team leadership, or senior patient/client coordination.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality and client relationship management.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to generate sales, promote services, and build lasting client relationships.
• A proactive, dependable, and results-oriented attitude.
• Comfortable using scheduling software, POS systems, and client management platforms.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in South Brooklyn, including some weekends.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of aesthetic treatments, massage therapies, body treatments, and wellness services.
• Experience with memberships, treatment packages, and retail sales.
• Experience training and supervising employees.
• Additional languages are a plus.
