Salary: $65,000-$75,000
Bonus: Discretionary and generous issued Yearly based on individual and company performance

Role Overview: The ideal candidate can manage full cycle Account Receivables transactions, follow up on soft collections maintaining client relations and updating accounts and reporting, in addition to Account Payables. Experience working with major retailer Grocers is needed. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is needed.
Duties include:
- Manages, uploads and processes accounts payable transactions from imported goods purchased ensuring timely and accurate payments
- Handles accounts receivable activities, sending invoices and providing follow-up on outstanding payments for goods sold
- Communicates with vendors and Retail Grocer customers to address inquiries and payment issues
- Registers data on invoices associated with import cost such as freight, insurance etc.
- Prepares financial reports related to AP, profit margins and AR aging for management review
- Reconciles bank accounts to maintain accurate financial records
- Maintains back up documentation in compliance with procedures
- Collaborates with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and makes adjustments
- Provides financials for month-end and year-end closing processes
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information
