Division Controller

We are working with a well-established, global manufacturing organization that is looking to add a Division Controller to its team.

This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for financial reporting, inventory, cost accounting, budgeting/forecasting, and providing financial insight to support business operations and decision-making. The position will work closely with operational leadership and play an important role in evaluating financial performance, improving processes, and supporting the overall success of the business.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee monthly financial reporting, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, sales, gross margin, and inventory reporting.
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, fixed assets, and related accounting functions.
• Analyze financial results, operating costs, and business trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with operational leaders to evaluate performance and support business decisions.
• Review capital investment projects and provide financial analysis and recommendations.
• Maintain strong internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate internal and external audit requirements.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA is a plus.
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience from a manufacturing environment.
• Public Accounting with Manufacturing clients
• Strong background in cost accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Someone who is comfortable working directly with operations and management and taking ownership of the accounting and financial functions.
• Must be currently eligible to work in the United States on a permanent basis, now and in the future. No sponsorship is available.
