REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF TRANSPORTATION/LOGISTICS(B.S SUPPLY CHAIN, LOGISTICS)SALARY 180-220K

WAREHOUSE/TRANSPORTATION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Growing manufacturer needs someone to oversee multisite warehouse and transportation departments developing strategies, continuous improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency across their sites. Will oversee budgets, capital planning, improvement of WMS systems, implement and maintain Lean principles, implement transportation strategies to reduce freight costs, improve carrier performance, trade compliance strategies, DOT compliance and import/export requirements. Should have knowledge of tariff management, ISO regulations, customs compliance, management of warehouse and transportation staff, and managing multimillion dollar budgets. Six Sigma certification a plus. Position will require 30-40% national travel. Requirements include 8+ years managing multisite warehouse and transportation operations with a track record of leadership and improving cost efficiencies.
