G&E Partners are currently partnered with a well-established General Contractor, that is looking to add a Project Manager to their Winchester, VA team.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead projects across the region from a local office, with no daily commute into DC or Northern Virginia, at a firm built on long-term client relationships and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple projects from start-up through closeout
- Own project budgets, cost projections and schedules
- Manage subcontracts, change orders and billing
- Build strong client and design team relationships
- Work closely with field team
- Solve problems on site and keep projects on track
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of commercial construction experience
- 4+ years of project management experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field
