We sell trading cards, sports memorabilia, and collectibles to customers across the country. We’re hiring someone dependable, organized, and positive to help keep our new office running smoothly. Shipping, receiving, inventory, and workspace organization is the primary role of this position.

What you’ll do
- Shipping and receiving: Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and with care. Receive incoming shipments, check quantities and condition, and flag any discrepancies.
- Inventory: Sort, label, count, and organize trading cards, memorabilia, and other products. Help keep inventory records accurate and products easy to locate.
- Office organization: Keep shipping stations, shelving, supplies, and shared workspaces organized and ready for the day.
- Live show support: Pull products, bring items to hosts during shows, and help keep products and orders organized.
- Light bookkeeping: Help organize receipts, enter basic information, and maintain routine records.
- Light custodial work: Help with trash, sweeping, restroom, and keeping the office clean.
- Occasional product pickups: Pick up trading card products and deliver them to the office.
Who we’re looking for
- A positive attitude is a must.
- Dependable, ethusiastic, and willing to learn.
- Pays attention to details and handles products carefully.
- Enjoys keeping things organized and following through on tasks.
- Communicates openly and treats teammates and customers with respect.
- Comfortable with basic computer tasks and learning new systems.
- Willing to pitch in as priorities change.
- A love for trading cards, sports memorabilia, or collectibles is preferred!
