Aaction Home Repairs & Restoration has been serving Maryland for over 30 years, and we're growing. We're looking for an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager who can take ownership of projects, lead subcontractors, and deliver exceptional results for customers.

What You'll Do

• Manage residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish
• Create scopes, estimates, budgets, and change orders
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, vendors, and schedules
• Conduct site visits and ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
• Communicate with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and internal teams
• Keep projects on schedule and within budget

What You Bring

• 3+ years of construction, reconstruction, restoration, or project management experience
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to read construction documents and blueprints
• Valid driver's license
