Construction industry or subcontractor accounting experience is required. This subcontractor construction company has been in business for 20 years. Family-owned business with outstanding reputation.
Position Title: Construction Project Accounting Manager
Location: Doral Area
Salary: $100K-$120K
Additional Info & Technical Skill Set Required:
- Construction industry accounting experience
- Monthly General Ledger, Multiple Entity Journal Entries, Bank Reconciliations, AP/AR
- Month End Close, quarter end close, year-end close
- Analyze Work-in-Progress (WIP) schedules, job cost reporting, and project profitability analysis.
- AIA billing
- % of completion
- Job Costing
- Labor Costs
- Biling & Lien Waivers
- QuickBooks / Advanced Excel
- 40 employees at this company
- 10 in office employees; 30 field employees
- $10m to $20m annual revenues
Job Requirements:
To qualify, candidates must have:
- Minimum of 5 years Accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance.
- Advanced Excel
