This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned EOS expert who has spent years successfully serving as an Integrator, or an experienced operational leader who knows what it takes to run and grow a multi-site business.

• Work closely with a visionary family ownership group that has an exciting vision for the future and plenty of ideas about where they want to take the business
• Take ownership of the day-to-day operations of a multi-site organization, bringing structure, accountability, and consistency across the business while continuing to build on an already strong team
• Serve as the company's EOS Integrator, helping translate the family's vision into an actionable plan and ensuring the organization stays focused on the priorities that matter most
• Lead and facilitate quarterly Level 10 meetings, helping establish, document, and execute meaningful Rocks while keeping the leadership team accountable to its commitments
• Ensure the accountability chart, scorecard, and company KPIs are current, clear, and consistently communicated throughout the organization
• Bring the right balance of big-picture thinking and hands-on leadership, making sure every member of the team understands their role and how their work contributes to the company's overall success
