ABOUT THE ROLE

Lead the day-to-day operations of the CAD function, overseeing drafting standards, drawing production, team development, and process improvement initiatives. Working closely with engineering, design, and project teams, you will ensure the delivery of accurate, high-quality documentation while supporting project execution and operational efficiency.

DUTIES

• Lead and mentor CAD team members.

• Establish and maintain drafting standards and best practices.

• Oversee drawing production, quality control, and document management.

• Coordinate with engineering, design, and project stakeholders.

• Manage team workloads, priorities, schedules, and deliverables.

• Support implementation of new CAD technologies and process improvements.

• Ensure compliance with company and industry drafting standards.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, Design, or related field.

• 5+ years of CAD experience with team leadership responsibilities.

• Strong proficiency with AutoCAD and related CAD software.

• Knowledge of drafting standards, technical documentation, and design workflows.

• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.

Compensation: $65,000-$100,000 base salary plus bonus opportunity.
