ABOUT GOLDEN GAMES

Golden Games is a fast-growing live-auction company based in Deerfield Beach, Florida. We sell collectibles and precious metals live on TikTok and Whatnot, with a team of streamers going live every week.

We move fast, we sell hard, and we're building the systems to scale. We need someone to run them.

THE ROLE

The Operations Manager runs Golden Games day to day: our streamer team, shipping, inventory, and the processes that hold it together. You'll report to our Founder & CEO and our COO, and you'll be the person who makes sure every stream starts on time, every order ships right, and every ounce of inventory is accounted for.

This is a full-time, on-site role in Deerfield Beach, FL.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Streamer Team

- Build and manage the weekly stream schedule so there are no gaps

- Hold streamers to our on-air standards, including finishing every scheduled stream or box

- Recruit, hire, and train new streamers on our live-selling process

Shipping & Fulfillment

- Run daily pack, seal, and ship operations

- Keep ship times fast and errors near zero

- Handle returns, damaged items, and buyer issues

Inventory & Sourcing

- Receive, log, and track all inventory, including high-value precious metals

- Reconcile inventory weekly and flag any variance

- Place restock orders with suppliers and track costs

Reporting & Process

- Deliver a weekly ops report on streams, sales, shipping, and issues

- Keep our sales handbook, checklists, and SOPs current

- Spot what's broken and fix it before it costs us

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Must Have

- 3+ years in operations, e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse, or retail management

- Experience managing a team and holding people accountable

- Highly organized, with a track record of building and following systems

- Comfortable with spreadsheets, inventory tools, and shipping platforms

- Trustworthy with high-value inventory; able to pass a background check

Big Plus

- Experience with live selling, Whatnot, TikTok Shop, or other social commerce

- Knowledge of trading cards, collectibles, or precious metals

- Startup or small-business experience where you wore many hats

COMPENSATION & DETAILS

- Base Salary:based on experience

- Bonus: Quarterly performance bonus tied to ops goals

- Schedule: Full-time, on-site

- Location: Deerfield Beach, FL

- Reports to: Founder & CEO and COO

- 90-day introductory period
