Senior Sales Representative & Closer

We're launching Ibuku, our newest signature experience, and scaling our sales team to match. We're looking for a next-level closer, someone ready to help lead that growth, not just fill a seat.

Who We're Looking For

This role is for the driven and intentional, high performers who want their work to mean something. You're not here to clock in and out. You're here to build something lasting, earn real money doing it, and be part of a mission centered on human connection, celebration, and transformation.

What You'll Do

• Own the Pipeline: Make 50+ outbound calls a day, engage warm leads, and reactivate cold ones.

• Lead Creation Calls: Present customized solutions over Zoom to help clients envision their dream event.

• Showcase the Vision: Conduct 3–5 on-site venue tours a day, including Ibuku, the sanctuary sells itself, but your passion makes it unforgettable.

• Close & Grow Revenue: Close bookings consistently against monthly quota, upsell enhancements, and recommend partner add-ons.

• Execute with Discipline: Track every touchpoint in our CRM (TripleSeat), hit KPIs, and beat your own record weekly.

• Train & Lead: As you master the close, help onboard and coach new sales hires. This role has a defined path to Sales Team Lead.

• Collaborate & Elevate: Work directly with leadership to refine strategy and scale your impact.

What You Bring

• A go-getter mindset, you thrive under pressure and push beyond "good enough"

• Polish and professionalism, with the confidence to command a room or a Zoom call

• Sharp attention to detail, nothing slips through the cracks

• A natural ability to build trust and rapport quickly

• Coachability, ambition, and a drive to keep learning

• Experience closing high-ticket sales ($5K+), preferred

• Bilingual (English/Spanish), a plus

• Availability to work weekends

• Comfort with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and social media tools

• Reliable transportation and a clean background check

What You'll Earn (and Become)

• Base Pay: $20–$25/hr

• Uncapped Commission: Earn significantly beyond base after completing your 90-day onboarding

• Performance Bonuses + PTO: Available after probation

• Career Path: Defined 90-day and 6-month growth milestones toward Sales Lead / Trainer — bring the drive, and we'll provide the opportunity
