Job Summary :

The Senior Director of People will lead both strategic and operational people initiatives, ensuring our people operations are seamless and scalable while cultivating a culture that attracts, retains, and enables top talent. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines tactical execution with long-term vision to drive the company's people strategy.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 5+ years in people roles

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment is strongly preferred.
• Deep expertise across People disciplines, including employee relations, compliance, compensation, and talent development.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building trust and credibility at all levels.
• Passion for fostering high-performing cultures.
• Empathetic, intellectually curious, and relationship focused
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment subject to change and ambiguity.
