Remote Locum Tenens Client Recruiter - 1099

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop personal line of business of recruiting and placing healthcare professionals for locums assignments and other placements (we primarily work with physicians, CRNAs, NPs and PAs)
• Willing to work at least 15 hours a week

Basic Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience working as a sales representative in healthcare staffing; preferably in the locums tenens industry with physician or allied experience with a proven track record of success
• Strong work ethic and an ability to function effectively with limited oversight

Compensation

This job has a 1099 structure, there is no base salary but strong commission structure with high margin accounts; able to receive 40% commissions based off of gross margin.
