$160,000–$170,000 + 15% Bonus + Excellent Package
Want to build something rather than inherit it?
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Senior Procurement Manager to join a global market leader, taking a key leadership position within a rapidly growing $300m+ business division.
With procurement still in its infancy, this is a genuinely greenfield opportunity to design and implement procurement and supply chain strategy, build a high-performing supplier network and directly influence the division's commercial performance.
Sitting within the Divisional Senior Leadership Team, you'll have the autonomy, visibility and executive support to make a significant impact as the business continues its impressive growth trajectory.
Senior Procurement Manager, Role Responsibilities:
- Build and shape procurement strategy across a rapidly expanding regional business.
- Design and develop the regional supply chain, ensuring the right supplier partnerships are in place to support growth.
- Take ownership of procurement activities that directly influence P&L performance, including commercial pricing, cost optimisation and higher-value negotiations.
- Lead the development of Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programmes, strengthening strategic partnerships and supplier performance.
- Work closely with senior leadership to introduce new procurement processes, drive engagement and embed best practice.
Senior Procurement Manager, Required Background:
- Strong Procurement / Supply Chain Management experience, ideally within Facilities Management (FM), Integrated Facilities Services, Catering or other service-led environments.
- Experience developing procurement strategies, supplier networks and commercial improvement initiatives.
- Good understanding of commercial pricing, supplier costs and P&L drivers.
- Exposure to SRM, supplier development or strategic supplier programmes would be particularly advantageous.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage, educate and bring the wider business on a journey.
- A proactive, energetic and commercially minded individual who thrives in environments where there is an opportunity to build and improve.
This is not a role focused on day-to-day purchasing or processing POs. It's an opportunity to shape the commercial direction of a growing business, working closely with divisional leadership and establishing procurement as a genuine strategic partner.
For someone who wants autonomy, visibility, a seat at the leadership table and the opportunity to build a best-in-class procurement function, this is a particularly exciting career move.
