Company Description
OLE & Steen, known as Lagkagehuset in Denmark, is a Danish bakery founded by bakers Ole Kristoffersen and Steen Skallebaek in 1991. They focus on artisanal and handcrafted baking practices using carefully sourced, whole ingredients. With a modern Danish sensibility, Ole & Steen provides a welcoming space designed for gathering over meals throughout the day.
