This Malvern firm handles a significant GL and coverage caseload and trusts experienced attorneys to manage it with minimal supervision.
The work
- Managing a substantial GL and coverage litigation docket
- Coverage opinions and declaratory judgment actions
- Trials, arbitrations and dispositive motions
- Expert depositions and case strategy
- Carrier relationships and oversight of junior attorneys
What I’m looking for
- Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar
- 6 to 12 years of insurance defense or coverage litigation
- Trial experience and the ability to run files independently
