I’m working with an established New York business law firm looking to add a Corporate Transactional Attorney to its growing Long Island practice. The team advises businesses, entrepreneurs and healthcare organizations on sophisticated corporate matters, offering exposure across M&A, joint ventures, business structuring and complex commercial agreements, alongside one of the firm’s core healthcare practices.

The Firm

• Sophisticated Corporate Practice: Advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, corporate structuring and a broad range of commercial transactions.
• Strong Healthcare Platform: Work alongside attorneys with significant experience representing physician groups, healthcare facilities, management service organizations and other healthcare businesses.
• Broad Transactional Exposure: Matters include stock and asset purchases, shareholder and operating agreements, partnership arrangements, employment agreements and commercial leases.
• Direct Client Access: Join a platform where attorneys work closely with experienced partners and business owners on strategically important transactions.

The Role

• Corporate Transactions: Draft, review and negotiate transaction documents across acquisitions, sales, restructurings and general corporate matters.
• M&A & Joint Ventures: Support transactions from initial structuring and diligence through negotiation and closing.
• Commercial Agreements: Handle shareholder agreements, operating agreements, employment arrangements and other sophisticated business contracts.
• Healthcare Opportunity: Gain exposure to healthcare transactions, including physician practices, healthcare businesses and regulated commercial relationships.
