Corporate Real Estate Lending Associate Attorney

LHH is assisting a leading mid-sized law firm in NYC in its search for a Corporate Real Estate Lending Associate. An ideal candidate will have at least 2-5 years of experience in lending and other types of finance transactions, including not-for-profit lending, tax-exempt bonds, construction lending and other commercial real estate matters. This associate will work with a team of attorneys reviewing diligence, drafting loan documents and assisting with commercial loan closings on behalf of financial institutions and borrowers. The firm offers a collegial work environment, hybrid work schedule and good work/life balance (1800 billables).

Qualifications:

• 2-5+ years of corporate real estate lending experience

• Admitted to the NY bar
