We are seeking a dynamic & experienced individual to join our retail team as a Sales Associate at our store in Southampton, NY
Key Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of retail experience
- Strong selling and client service skills
- Ability to multitask and perform both front of house and back of house duties
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities:
As a Sales Associate you will play a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers throughout their shopping journey both in person and over the phone
- Utilize product knowledge to confidently aid customers with fit/fabric/styling inquiries
- Closing sales and cultivating long-term relationships with customers
- Involvement in inventory management, visual merchandising, clienteling, shipping/receiving. events, and miscellaneous operational tasks
