Recruiters (2 Openings) | Las Vegas, NV

Keolis Transit America is seeking two experienced Recruiters to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada. We are looking for recruiting professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about attracting top talent while delivering exceptional candidate experience.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; 2 years of experience in lieu of degree will be considered
• 2 years high volume recruiting preferred; Experience with high volume sourcing; cold and soft calling/contact)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High level attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
• Experience with various job boards (Indeed, Career Builder, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Transit environment experience preferred
• Knowledge of CDL licensing requirements and DOT regulations
• Union Environment knowledge and experience a plus
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills required
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc.)
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Hands-on experience with recruiting software; HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Experience; UltiPro/UKG experience is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter who can manage multiple requisitions and tasks, source qualified candidates, and support operational hiring needs. Experience recruiting drivers and other transportation-related positions is highly desirable.
