You’ll support the full trade lifecycle, from pre-trade checks to post-trade operations, with direct exposure to front office trading systems. You’ll monitor, troubleshoot under pressure, and work with engineering and infrastructure to stop outages before they happen.
What you’ll do
🔹 Monitor and support critical trading and transaction systems
🔹 Troubleshoot alerts and production incidents in real time
🔹 Manage scheduled changes and automated operational workflows
🔹 Work with infrastructure teams to improve stability and drive automation
🔹 Help shape the ongoing evolution of platform reliability
What you’ll bring
✅ 2+ years in Application, Production, or Front Office Support
✅ Python and/or Bash scripting
✅ SQL (PostgreSQL or similar)
✅ Solid Linux/Unix
✅ Sharp problem-solving and genuine curiosity about markets and tech
