HYBRID ROLE – SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

The salary range for this position is $105,000 -$115,000 plus bonus, and it comes with benefits, including medical, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance.
Job Description
- Coordinate month, quarter, and year end reporting activities for timely and accurate reporting
- Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations
- Investigate and resolve accounting issues
- Ensure integrity and reliability of all financial transactions and that they are in accordance with US GAAP and company standards.
- Coordinate internal and external audit requests, and lead efforts to remediate audit and control findings.
- Lead efforts to develop standard operating procedures and instructions surrounding accounting procedures for the team
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead the team in implementing best practices to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness across the close and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting operations.
