AM Law 50-ranked, nationally recognised for its IP practice, and continuing to grow its Litigation & Trial team in New York.

I’m working with a leading global law firm looking to add an experienced mid-level Life Sciences IP Litigation Associate to its expanding intellectual property practice.

You’ll work alongside highly regarded IP litigators on sophisticated life sciences disputes, taking on increasing responsibility in a highly successful litigation practice.

The practice handles high-value pharmaceutical and biotechnology litigation, with experience spanning Hatch-Waxman, biosimilar and competitor pharmaceutical cases in district court and before the PTAB.

The scientific background is a real focus here. They’re looking for someone with 3+ years of experience in a biotechnology practice and a degree in a life sciences area, such as biochemistry, biology, chemistry, biomedical science, chemical engineering, molecular biology or pharmacy.

Prior experience handling, and ideally managing, Hatch-Waxman or biosimilar matters is preferred, along with the ability to manage and mentor more junior associates. Candidates must be admitted to the New York bar.

It’s a particularly strong opportunity for a litigator who can bring genuine scientific knowledge alongside their life sciences patent litigation experience.

The firm is offering $270,000 alongside the opportunity to join a growing New York IP Litigation team within one of the world’s leading global law firms.
