We are supporting in an opportunity for a structured finance attorney with experience in Collateralised Loan Obligations (CLOs) to join a leading global law firm in New York.
The role offers exposure to sophisticated structured credit transactions, including CLO issuances, refinancings, resets and related financing facilities.
The ideal candidate will have:
2-7 years post JD
Experience advising on CLOs and structured credit transactions.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills across complex transaction documentation.
Experience working with banks, arrangers, lenders, issuers and other transaction parties.
