Audit Director, Treasury

JCW is currently partnering on behalf of a well-regarded global bank that's looking to hire a Director of Treasury Audit. Owning the financial risk audit portfolio, this is a key leadership position within department and will be responsible for coverage across treasury, liquidity, market risk, capital planning and stress testing audit. This position will sit on-site in New York.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead the financial risk audit strategy and execution for the bank
• Lead, manage and coach a team of auditors
• Assist with and manage key regulator relationships
• Provide robust and independent challenge to the first and second lines of defense

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 12+ years of internal audit experience in a complex banking environment
• At least 8+ years of subject matter expertise across treasury, liquidity, and market risk audit
• Deep managerial expertise
