About the Opportunity

Our client is a nationally recognized General Contractor known for delivering some of the most prestigious luxury hospitality and large-scale mixed-use developments in the country. With a portfolio that includes iconic hotels, resorts, and complex commercial projects valued in the billions of dollars, they continue to be a leader in the construction industry through innovation, quality, and long-term client relationships.

They are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator or Estimator with a strong background in MEP estimating to support major hospitality and commercial pursuits. This individual will play a key role in preconstruction efforts, collaborating with operations teams, design partners, and subcontractors to develop accurate budgets and competitive proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual, schematic, design development, and GMP estimates.
• Lead MEP budgeting, pricing analysis, and subcontractor scope reviews.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and review drawings and specifications for completeness.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, owners, and project teams throughout the preconstruction process.
• Analyze project risks and identify value engineering opportunities.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing.
• Develop estimate packages and present findings to leadership and clients.
• Maintain current market pricing and historical cost data.
• Support project pursuits ranging from luxury hospitality to large-scale commercial developments.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of estimating experience with a General Contractor.
• Strong MEP estimating experience required.
• Projects in the BILLIONS
• Experience with large-scale hospitality, high-rise, mixed-use, or commercial projects.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and current market pricing.
• Experience preparing detailed estimates, budgets, and GMPs.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, or civil engineering.
