Responsibilities
Lead, overview and coordination of multiple projects +100M.
Managing contractors, contracts, costs, schedules, safety, and quality throughout all phases of the construction process.
Maintaining relationships with the stakeholders, contractors, subcontractors, building trust and value throughout the construction process / Document Controlling / Process Improvement / Scheduling.
Reports to VP of Construction.
Mixed Use - Hospitality & Residences - High Rise (+200M) - Fort Lauderdale
Multifamily - Mid Rise (+100M) - Aventura
Qualifications
B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, related field and/or related construction experience.
10-20 years or more years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with a general contractor, Developer or Self perform Developer, Ground Up, Renovations, Mixed Use, Multifamily, Hotels, Senior Living, etc.
To be successful you need to be able to read construction drawings, coordination, and be familiar with South Florida area subcontractor and vendor market.
Organizational, administrative, and communication skills are also crucial to the success of the role.
Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software's are important.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a package of up to $180,000 - 210,000 plus benefits, allowances, Bonus and other perks.
