Senior Associate/Of Counsel - Civil Litigation Attorney (Defense OR Plaintiffs')

Prominent defense firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to join their growing Baltimore, Maryland office. Ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in Maryland and have 5-15+ years of litigation experience in one or more of the following areas. Open to either Plaintiffs' OR Defense side experience: Construction Litigation, Premises Liability, Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, General Liability, Product Liability, Catastrophic Injury, Coverage, Labor & Employment, Medical Malpractice, Transportation, Professional Liability, Auto Liability, Environmental.

Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned cases
• Handle cases from inception to conclusion
• Take and defend depositions
• Make court appearances
• Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery

Qualifications:

• Trial and pre-trial experience preferred
• Strong research and writing skills
• 5-15+ years of litigation experience
• Licensed to practice and in good standing in Maryland

Base Compensation Range 170k-225k+ Generous Bonuses + Comprehensive Benefits + Hybrid work schedule.
