Primary Location: Chicago, IL

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Patient Accounting/Revenue Cycle Analyst for our premier client in Chicago, IL.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer
• Science, Information Management, Business
• Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in systems analysis, with a
• strong focus on Care Revenue Cycle management.
• Proven leadership experience, with at least 2 years in a team
• lead or supervisory

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities »

• Certifications in Care IT, Revenue Cycle Management, or related fields (e.g., CPAR, RHIA, etc.).
• Knowledge,
• In-depth knowledge of Electronic Record (EHR) systems (e.g., Cerner, Epic), clinical decision support tools, information technology, and Systems Development
• Life Cycle. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio
• Strong organizational skills required.
• Solid understanding of revenue cycle processes, including billing, coding, claims management, and
• reimbursement systems.
• Proficient in analyzing and optimizing IT systems and software applications, specifically those related to the revenue cycle.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the point of contact for troubleshooting system issues, ensuring timely resolution to minimize disruptions in the revenue cycle.
• Perform data analysis and create reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in the revenue cycle.
• Evaluate and recommend new system technologies and tools to enhance operational efficiency and improve revenue cycle performance.
• Monitor system performance, perform updates, and manage the deployment of system changes related to billing, coding, claims, and reimbursements.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead a team in troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues.
• In-depth knowledge of care regulations (HIPAA, CMS) and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
