Responsibilities

• You will lead and negotiate a variety of, complex merchant agreements with renowned businesses.
• Renegotiate and evolve existing commercial contracts as relationships and business models develop.
• Support third-party distribution agreements and strategic partnerships.
• Work closely with Sales and Product to structure and execute commercially attractive deals.
• Develop a deep understanding of products and commercial strategy and become a genuine business partner to the organisation.
• Work with major players across the payments ecosystem, including Stripe and Adyen, alongside other leading payment and technology companies.

About You

• Strong experience across commercial contracts/commercial technology.
• Experience in payments, fintech or technology.
• Experience in sales and product-facing legal work.
• Experience negotiating complex commercial and strategic agreements.
• Experience working closely with senior commercial stakeholders.
• Commercially minded, pragmatic and comfortable operating at pace.
• Ability to understand the business behind the legal issue.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Genuinely enjoy partnering with Sales and Product.
• Comfortable using tools such as Slack and Claude to work efficiently.
• Experience within a rapidly evolving fintech environment.
• Experience working with larger enterprise merchants and strategic distribution partnerships.

You'll work on a variety of merchant and strategic commercial partnerships across the payments ecosystem, with exposure to leading global players such as Stripe and Adyen, as well as other major payment providers and technology partners. Compensation package

• Up to $254,000 depending on experience plus excellent benefits.
