Process Engineer

Education and Skills Required:

• B.S. degree in Engineering, or related field.
• Two to five years manufacturing experience.
• Silicon-related experience, including specific related experience with chemical mechanical polishing, clean lines, visual and laser inspection processes preferred.
• Experience with or knowledge of process equipment such as PLCS’s, heat exchangers, pumps, process sensors, etc.
• Highly proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL programming.
• Effective written and communication skills with ability to interface on project level.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain engineering recipes and procedures to support manufacturing processes.
• Provides engineering support to achieve customer and manufacturing goals regarding quality, yields, costs, and productivity.
• Creates and recommends engineering solutions to minor routine manufacturing problems.
• As instructed, assists with designing experiments, analyzing data, and updating standard operating procedures.
• Communicate technical information and operational updates with cross-functional teams.
• Prepares, for approval, technical reports and presentations with cost and statistical analysis.
• Designs the original plan of specifications for the process equipment and process details.
• After a year on the job, learn and operate assigned process tools while maintaining process documentation and data.
• Employees are expected to understand FMEA of the assigned process and participate in FMEA revision.
• Follow all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements, complete required training, and use appropriate PPE.
• Maintain familiarity with patents related to assigned processes.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

This position is an on-site position with an annual salary range from $92,000.00 to $102,000.00 depending on education and experience
